Shipping policy

  • All orders (with exceptions; see made to order information above and below) are expected to ship within 5-10 business days
  • You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships
  • If you do not receive one within (5) five business days please email us
  • Our fulfillment center is located in Chicago, IL and transit times will vary based on shipment method and destination
  • For domestic (USA) orders, delivery usually occurs between 1-7 business days after your package has shipped
  • For most international orders, delivery usually occurs 10-12 business days after your package has shipped
